
Customer Service Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage WhatsApp Groups** - Handle multiple customer groups, ensuring timely and professional responses.
**Order Assistance** - Process new orders, confirm details, and update customers on order status.
**Dispatch & Delivery Updates** - Share real-time dispatch and tracking details with customers.
**Payment Follow-ups** - Send reminders for pending payments and assist customers with payment-related queries.
**Customer Queries & Issue Resolution** - Address concerns, provide product details, and escalate issues when needed.
**Coordination with Sales Team** - Ensure smooth communication between customers and sales representatives.
**Maintain Records & Reports** - Keep logs of customer interactions, common concerns, and resolution status.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience in customer service, preferably in B2B/B2C environments.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business tools, CRM software, and basic Excel.
Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently and professionally.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
