**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Keep updated on product knowledge and company services to better assist customers
- Support the team in achieving individual and departmental goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
