Job Description: Customer Relationship Manager

Industry: Travel and Abroad Job Agency

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for travel packages, visa services, and job placements abroad.
- Convert leads into sales through effective pitching and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to foster trust and repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversion.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns.

3. Lead Management:

- Generate leads through online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and track progress through the sales pipeline.

4. Service Promotion:

- Promote agency services such as sureshot visas for Germany and Portugal, travel plans, and abroad job placements.
- Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and benefits to clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services like travel insurance or premium packages.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Provide regular sales reports, including performance metrics, leads status, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements in strategy.

6. Market Awareness:

- Stay updated on industry trends, visa policies, and competitor services.
- Provide feedback to the management team for service improvements.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in travel or job consultancy services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and agents.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the travel or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of visa processing and travel services is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
