We at AR Research House are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Executive** to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the stock market education industry, where your expertise and enthusiasm will drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with prospective clients to promote AR Research House’s stock market education programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a database of potential leads and existing clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on stock market trends to effectively communicate value to clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in sales, preferably in a stock market broking or stock market advisory firm.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain stock market concepts.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.
