**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice to clients on stock market investments, financial products, and strategies to achieve their financial goals.
- Manage and grow client portfolios by offering relevant investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients through effective sales techniques and networking.
- Stay updated with market trends, news, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice to clients.
- Address client queries, concerns, and provide personalized solutions to their financial needs.
- Assist in creating financial plans and investment strategies that align with clients' risk profiles and objectives.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate potential clients about market opportunities and services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and industry standards in all client dealings.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **NISM Certification** is mandatory (such as NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Advisor Certification or NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the stock market or financial advisory services.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in using financial tools and platforms for market analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Additional certifications or qualifications in finance or investment management.
- Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.
