**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients interested in share market advisory services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Advisory Sales**: Present and promote the company’s advisory products and services, explaining their benefits in helping clients with investment decisions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advisory updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**: Keep clients informed about the latest trends, opportunities, and risks in the share market by regularly updating them on market developments.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed sales targets as defined by the company, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with clients and prospects, ensuring they are aware of new services, market opportunities, and advisory benefits.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales and advisory operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial advisory, stock market, or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of stock markets and financial products.
- Sales-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
