Job Title: Relationship Manager

Reporting To: City Head

Location: Indor,Bhopal ,Bilashpur and all over MP

Key Responsibilities:

- The agency channel in insurance is a distribution channel that involves agents providing personalized advice and advocacy to policy holders. Here are some things to consider about becoming an insurance advisor in the agency channel
- Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents, overseeing their full life cycle.
- Advisor Engagement: Regularly interact with advisors/agents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Training & Development: Train advisors/agents on using Turtlemint’s app to service their customers effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Management: Drive productivity among partners, with a strong focus on renewals and meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high level of business hygiene.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify new approaches to expand market reach and increase sales within the assigned region.
- Product Distribution: Oversee the distribution of Motor, Life & Health Insurance, as well as other financial products like loans, credit cards, and NPS as introduced by the organization.
- Desired Qualifications:

- Education: Full-time HSC, Diploma, or Graduation.
- Experience: 1+ year in Sales or Business Development.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance and financial products space (Life, Health, Motor, etc.) is an advantage.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of various insurance plans and financial products, including credit cards, loans, and NPS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.10 - ₹28,000.80 per month
