Ø Lead, champion and deploy the HSE policies and procedures throughout the site

Ø Develop and implement the site HSE plan to meet the objectives.

Ø Report and manage all incidents with appropriate govt. authorities/ agencies.

Ø Ensure statutory compliance of the site as per applicable regulations, laws, supplementary regulations, and official conditions stipulated in the approval licenses

Ø Conduct risk assessments regarding Business Continuity and Plant Availability - Business Continuity Plan

Ø To prepare Audits and follow-up them with reports and corrective actions (e.g. EHS, OHSAS 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 45001 etc.), certification under ISO 45001

Ø Conduct and manage HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) in the plant from products, machines & equipment, processes, methods and facilities and define measures to combat risks - Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation Plan

Ø To evaluate industrial accidents, near-miss incidents, and operational incidents and containment actions; YY Analysis, RCA, Closure

Ø To investigate the cause after accidents, incidents and to set up improvement programs/counter measure

Ø To foster an ongoing development and improvement of plant technology and industrial procedures in terms of environmental protection and safety based on new findings and technological progress

Ø Set targets for site HSE performance

Ø Provide reports as required on site HSE performance

Ø Manage and support Health, Safety and Environmental site certifications as required

Ø Ensure employees are trained and competent in relation to drive safety culture

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
