Provides technical support on health, safety and environmental to production and site personnel under the guidance of the site HSE leader. Assists in the review and sustainability of Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE)

Plan

Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.

Assists in reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard through internal reporting processes.

Assists in closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Support the implementation and maintenance of hazard identification, incident investigation and risk assessment processes.

Communicate effectively to create HSE awareness.

Participates in environmental management activities.

Perform basic administrative tasks as required.

Check

Participate in HSE inspection and audit programs.

Gathers data for the analysis of HSE related trends.

Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis - Examines HSE incidents by completing quality, evidence based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, resulting in effective corrective actions, accurate reporting and avoiding repeated incidents.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

College, University or equivalent degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, or Sustainability preferred.

**Experience**

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Need to work in General shift only but should have readiness to work in other shift in case of emergency.

2.Enablon reporting for monthly H&S and Environmental

3.Competent to handle IMS reporting. Person should be trained COMET investigator and should have sound knowledge in incident investigation and reporting

4.CAR tracking for all categories till closure with no overdue

5.Tracking and closure of NCs and observations from all audits

6.HSE KPI review and tracking for ROT and GTO (BU specific) with leaders and HSE team

7.Thorough knowledge in ISO documentation to develop or modify any SOP / WI
