Pune On-Site Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited You support our team as Executive - HSE (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: Developing and supporting the implementation of a systematic hazard identification and risk assessment procedure. Conducting root cause analyses of RA, Near Miss, Accident. Responsible for supporting the employer, line management and the people accountable or responsible for workplace safety, health management, environmental protection and accident prevention. Coordinating Emergency Response Team (Evacuation, Roll call, Fire and First Aid) Sub contractor management related to HSE **Qualifications**: Any Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Safety Management. 3 to 5 years of Experience in Safety Management Working knowledge MS Office Good English Communication skills Responsible for policies and programs to enhance occupational health, environmental protection and workplace safety. Responsible for training employees and also required to monitor and continuously enhance the performance of the HSE system and Safety Culture development.
