**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Ensuring client satisfaction ratio increases to 95%
- Availability of all menu items at all times.
- Maintaining a Raw Material Inventory for 15 days.
- Daily Stocktaking in the evening and ensuring the stock order is placed on the same day evening with the vendors.
- Monitoring of the dishes prepared by subordinates as per standard recipe.
- The FIFO system should be followed.
- Menu planning and Food Festival Planning. 12 festivals in a year.
- Responsibility for kitchen asset inventory.
- Taking regular feedback from guests/patients and taking corrective actions.
- Ensure wastages to be less than 1%

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
