**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate Indian Cook to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa. The cook will be responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and maintain restaurant's operational standards. The cook will be also responsible for assisting Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean. Ensure proper storage of food items/raw materials in freezers/refrigerators and ensure proper portioning of dishes, and food garnishing.

1. Culinary skills in Indian cuisine is a must.

4. Able to take responsibility and assist others when needed.

5. A person who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment, someone who is passionate about cooking and food.

6. Strong creative, analytical, logical, and critical thinking ability.

7. Good communication skills. Being flexible.

8. Previous kitchen experience is a big plus
