- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order ingredients, and manage food costs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking methods.
- Creativity and ability to adapt recipes to suit dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:
