Job Summary:
As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing

exceptional customer service in a jewelry retail environment. Your primary objective will

be to assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that match their preferences

and requirements while meeting sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding

of jewelry products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an

unforgettable shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement and Sales:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and engage them in

conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase a deep knowledge of jewelry products, including gemstones,

metals, and designs, to assist customers in making informed purchase

decisions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences,

occasions, and budget considerations.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including product

demonstrations, sizing, and customization options, to ensure a seamless

shopping experience.
- Close sales transactions effectively, meet or exceed sales targets, and

upsell complementary products or services when appropriate.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising:

- Stay informed about current jewelry trends, styles, and industry

developments to effectively advise customers and enhance sales

opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's inventory, including new

arrivals, promotions, and special collections.
- Ensure that jewelry displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and

properly stocked to attract customers and drive sales.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Foster long-term customer relationships by providing attentive service,

addressing inquiries or concerns, and following up on customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, resolving issues

promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every

interaction, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for

customers.

Operational Support:

- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking merchandise,

conducting inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records of stock

levels.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems,

including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales

goals, implement promotional activities, and contribute to the overall

success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, with a

proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
- Deep passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design, coupled with a strong

understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask

and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,

based on the needs of the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or

customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
