Job Description:

- As the Floor Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing the sales team, and

ensuring an outstanding customer experience within our jewelry store. Your responsibilities will

include but are not limited to:

- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the store. Ensure

that all customers receive exceptional service and assistance in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to

suit their needs.
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product

knowledge, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales

goals. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance their sales skills and

product knowledge.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the store management team to implement effective

operational procedures, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security

protocols.
- Promotions and Events: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales promotions, events,

and special initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitors'

offerings to effectively communicate the value and features of our jewelry collection to customers.
- Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
