**Position Details**:
**Role: End User Support-L1**

**Experience: 2-3** Years

**Location: Bangalore**

**Job Overview**:
This role will collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver required services.

**What you’ll do**:

- End User Services - (Desktop Support for Windows, Linux & MAC OS, MS Office, Outlook, Mac iCal, MAC mail Printers & Scanners etc.)

**Required Skills**:
2 to 3 Years on desktop support,
Local Area Network Support, Internet,
New Laptop Desktop installation / rebuilding,
OS installation / support, Device movement / Audio Visual infra & Printer issues.
Vendor coordination for EU Devices, Audio Visual Devices.
Update support information on ITSM tool, coordinate with Support desk,
L2 EUS team and customer SPOC.
