**Responsibilities**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- **5+ years** of professional experience as a full-stack MERN developer, with leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
- Advanced **JavaScript** and **TypeScript** skills, with an in-depth understanding of the JavaScript object model, DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong experience with **MongoDB**, including data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience building and consuming **RESTful APIs**; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of front-end technologies, especially **React.js**, including state management with Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with **Webpack**, **Babel**, and other front-end build tools to optimize development workflows.
- Practical experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on **AWS**, **Azure**, or **Google Cloud**, with knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with **containerization** tools like **Docker** and **orchestration** systems like **Kubernetes**, particularly in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of **DevOps practices** for automation, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
- **UI/UX Design Frameworks** experience, particularly with **Material-UI**, **Ant Design**, or similar component libraries.
- Strong knowledge of **security best practices**, including authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT), and encryption techniques.
- Solid understanding of **performance optimization techniques** such as caching strategies, lazy loading, and database optimization.
- Experience working with **Agile** or **Scrum** methodologies, and proficient with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance quick fixes with long-term solutions.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to mentoring junior developers and improving team dynamics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **GraphQL** for API development and querying.
- Familiarity with **Docker Swarm** or other container orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of **serverless** architectures and related services such as AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.
- Hands-on experience with **testing frameworks** like **Jest**, **Mocha**, or **Cypress** for ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Experience with **modern front-end patterns** like SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and **Next.js** or **Gatsby** frameworks.
- Architect, design, and implement highly scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems.
