**Job description**
**1.** **Service and Operations Cell**
In this role, the incumbent is expected to manage the front end of the companys relationship with its distinguished set of clients. Ensure high standards of service delivery and query resolution within specified TATs. Have a Service led mindset where the interest of the customer is protected and always given utmost importance.
**Key Role/Responsibilities**
- Ensuring customer centricity by focusing on service delivery.
- Offer the best possible customer engagement and while exhibiting organization values and basic qualities like listening, acknowledgment, and empathy.
- Update all necessary systems, and trackers and ensure the recording of customer interaction history for seamless management.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc., and manage their expectations.
- Coordination and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the resolution of queries and systemic issues.
- Ensuring adoption of standardized miss procedures and feeding into management for decisions on processes and policies.
**What are we looking for?**
- Command over English with full professional proficiency
- Good listening skills and service mindset
- An aptitude to learn quickly and a hunger for proving self as a customer centric individual.
- Understanding of processes and adherence thereof
- Previous experience of 3-4 years or previous experience in the service industry with high call volumes preferably banking/insurance/telecom. Aviation and Hospitality industries can be considered too
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
