2. Experience in Automotive or NON-IT Recruiting is plus.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

5. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

6. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and principles.

7. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
