**Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the BDM to understand client needs and requirements for each position.

Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions related to non-IT recruitment.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT recruitment.

Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
