Role: Non-IT Recruiter (US Process) Location: Falaknuma, near falaknuma palace, Hyderabad Schedule Onsite at Office (Monday to Friday) Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM) Transportation: Not available. Should commute on own. We are seeking high-energy, hardworking, individuals to join our Non-IT Recruiting Teams. Comprehensive training and on-going development will be provided to support your career progression as well. Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any educational category (IT preferred).

Should have 5- 10 years of experience in sourcing, filling Non-IT requirements in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical devices, etc.

*Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills. *Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

*Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Roles And Duties
- As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will build a network of professionals, with skill sets that are a fit for our clients hiring needs You will connect with these professionals using a variety of resources. Your goal as a Recruiter is to identify, recruit and place

top professionals in positions reputable clients. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.

*Develop and implement search strategy that includes use of organizational approved tools and resources.

**Salary**: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
