**Job Title**: VIP Services - Night Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless experience for customers availing of premium services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar B2C role.
- **Languages**:

- English + Hindi (mandatory).
- Additional regional language (preferred): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali.
- **Age**: 24 to 38 years.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

**Salary**:

- ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 in-hand (based on last drawn salary).

**Shift Timings**:

- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- 2 rotational weekly off.
