- _**Cold Calling & Lead Generation**:_Reach out to potential customers through calls to introduce Company's Portfolio, understand their business needs, and generate leads for the sales pipeline.
- _**Customer Profiling**:_Gather insights on customer pain points, shipment requirements, and business challenges to tailor future interactions.
- _**Managing Customer Relationships**:_Develop and maintain strong relationships with
- customers, ensuring a smooth shipment process from booking to delivery, and addressing any issues that arise.
- _**Handling Inquiries & Complaints**:_Serve as the first point of contact for customers with inquiries or complaints. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution..
- _**Skills and Qualifications**:_
- **Education**:12th Pass, Or Any Graduate
- **Communication & Negotiation Skills**:Strong communication and relationship-building skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**:Proactive in solving client issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
