**Location**: Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Right opposite Turbhe Station)
**Mode of Work**: Work from Office

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes across IT and Non-IT functions, with the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent the organization professionally to enhance employer branding.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring priorities efficiently.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
