**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our consultancy firm focused on the **Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Refinery, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Construction **industries

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expert in Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, industry standards, & company policies.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track & analyse key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to optimize the hiring process.
- Sourcing & Attracting Talent
- Talent Pipeline Development

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience: Min 2-5 years of experience
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the **Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Refinery, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Construction **industries
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & other recruitment tools (i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn, & so on), Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
- Communication Skills
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple roles & projects simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience recruiting for offshore, drilling, & exploration projects.
- Familiarity with recruitment in international markets & experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic consultancy environment.
