Role Summary The **Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialist** will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for all roles across the retail, corporate, and manufacturing/design functions within the jewellery company in Mumbai. This role is key to sourcing and securing high-calibre talent that aligns with the brand's values and expertise requirements in the luxury segment. Key Responsibilities - **Full-Cycle Recruitment**: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and closure. - Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. - **Sourcing & Pipeline Management**: - Focus on sourcing specialized talent relevant to the jewellery industry (e.g., Gemologists, CAD Designers, Master Craftsmen, Luxury Retail Sales Associates). - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and recurring roles. - **Employer Branding**: - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company as an **"Employer of Choice"** in the Mumbai market and the wider jewellery sector. - Collaborate with Marketing/HR to enhance the company's online and offline employer brand presence. - **Recruitment Metrics & Reporting**: - Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and forecast future hiring needs. - **Compliance & Documentation**: - Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Skills - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Experience**: Minimum of **4-6 years of experience** in Talent Acquisition, with **demonstrable experience recruiting for the Retail or Luxury/Jewellery Industry** is highly preferred. - **Technical Proficiency**: - Strong working knowledge of **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and various sourcing tools/platforms. - Proficiency in utilizing **LinkedIn Recruiter** and other professional networks. - **Core Skills**: - Excellent **interviewing and negotiation skills**. - Deep understanding of roles specific to the jewellery industry and the Mumbai talent market. - Strong **organizational and time management skills** with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills** in English and local language (e.g., Hindi/Marathi) is a plus.
