**Job Description: Customer Relationship Manager**

**Position**: Customer Relationship Manager
**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Monthly Pay**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate information about products, order status, and company policies.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely resolutions for order or delivery issues.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
- **Order Coordination**:

- Assist customers with placing orders and follow up to ensure successful completion.
- Monitor and update customers on order and delivery statuses.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Share insights and recommendations with the management team for enhancement.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Track client histories and generate reports as needed.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate). Graduation is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a customer service role (preferably in e-commerce). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, or Google Workspace,
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or customer service software is a bonus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and independently.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong customer empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
