Office admin roles and responsibilities:

- Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
- Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
- Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
- Assisting with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
- Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Manage office supplies across all floors.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Should be ready to travel if required.
- **Should know to drive a car and hold a valid licince.**:

- A high school diploma or bachelor’s in office administration or any related field.
- **Two plus years of experience** as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
- Outstanding organization and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes.
- **Proficiency using MS Office and tally.**:

- **Should have experience working with Tally.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
