**Experience Required**:
Minimum **1 year** in an international voice process (Inbound preferred)

**Interview Process**:
**Round 1**: Communication Screening
**Round 2**: Voice Versant Test _(Minimum Score: 60)_
**Round 3**: Communication & Stability Assessment
**Final Round**: Face-to-Face Interview (F2F)

We are looking for a **Customer Care Advisor** to join our growing team in an **International Voice Process (Inbound only)**. As the first point of contact for Vodafone customers, you will handle queries with empathy, professionalism, and a goal of first-call resolution while upholding the highest customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally via inbound calls
- Troubleshoot issues related to **network, internet, and services**:

- Meet and exceed KPIs such as **NPS**, **CSAT**, and **quality scores**:

- Accurately log and process requests in compliance with company standards
- Route escalations and complaints to the relevant internal departments
- Actively provide feedback for process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with Vodafone’s latest products, plans, and services
- Uphold Vodafone’s brand voice and ensure a consistent customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to assist in issue resolution when required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by team leads or managers

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced** and **target-driven** environment
- Good knowledge of **telecom products and basic technical troubleshooting**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Comfortable working in a **UK shift** and hybrid environment

Pay: ₹550,000.00 per year
