Walkin Educate is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Telecalling Executive to join our team in Charni Road. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our courses and programs, and assisting them in the enrollment process. Your role will be crucial in driving student enrollment and contributing to the growth and success of our institute.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses through various channels.
- Introduce Walkin Educate's courses, programs, and offerings to potential students and highlight their benefits and features.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and questions from prospective students and provide accurate information to assist them in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and enrollment conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.
- Stay updated on Walkin Educate's course offerings, admission requirements, and upcoming events.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and admissions teams on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
- Friendly and persuasive demeanor with the ability to build rapport with prospective students over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to address inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed in their academic and career pursuits.

**Location**:
This position is based at Walkin Educate's office in Charni Road, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
