**About REAP**:
Reach Education Action Programme (REAP) is an NGO dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children in urban slums. Our initiatives focus on foundational learning, STEM education, and holistic community engagement.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and dependable **Field Education Support Executive** to manage fee collection, student data, and profiling across REAP centers. This role involves daily field visits, maintaining accurate records, and building positive relationships with students, parents, and center coordinators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit REAP centers to collect fees from students or guardians.
- Maintain detailed records of fee collection and prepare periodic financial reports using MS Excel.
- Gather, update, and manage student profiles, including attendance, academic progress, and personal details.
- Act as the liaison between center coordinators and REAP administration for fee and data management.
- Ensure safe handling of cash and timely deposits as per organizational policies.
- Use basic computer tools to generate reports, manage databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Travel between centers daily using a two-wheeler.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; a degree in Commerce or related fields is a plus.
- **Mandatory**: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
- **Mandatory**: Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in slum communities and engaging with diverse groups.
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive financial and student data.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
