REAP works to transform the lives of children and youth from slum and marginalized communities through holistic education. Our programmes include Early Childhood Education (ECE), Foundational and Remedial Learning, STEM and Digital Literacy, and Skill Training for Youth to ensure continuity from learning to employability.

Position Overview:

The M&E Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the monitoring and evaluation framework of REAP's education programmes in Kalwa slums. The role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and supporting programme teams in improving outcomes and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage M&E plans, indicators, and data collection tools for ECE, STEM, Foundational, Digital, and Skill Training components.
  • Regularly collect, verify, and analyze data from REAP Learning Centres and partnering schools.
  • Track student learning outcomes, teacher engagement, and teaching and training effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and six-monthly progress reports with qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Support field teams in using data for planning and decision-making.
  • Document success stories, case studies, and evidence of impact.
  • Coordinate baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
  • Assist in preparing donor and management reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in education projects.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI etc. preferred).
  • Ability to design simple assessment tools and analyse student learning data.
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Field-oriented, with ability to work in slum community settings and driving skills to use 2-wheelers

Commensurate with qualification, experience and sector standards.
