As a **STEM Educator**, you will engage with students from underserved communities, delivering hands-on STEM lessons that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a tangible difference in students’ lives. No prior experience is required—just a strong desire to inspire and innovate in the classroom

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop STEM Lessons**: Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons, experiments, and activities that make learning fun and accessible.
- **Hands-on Learning**: Create and conduct interactive, project-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
- **Collaborate with Teachers**: Work closely with school teachers to integrate STEM activities into their lessons.
- **Environmental Focus**: Incorporate eco-friendly practices and environmental awareness into your STEM activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
- Freshers with a passion for teaching and STEM are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for fostering a love for STEM in students.
