**Job Title**: STEM Trainer

**Experience**: 1 to 5 years

**Salary**: ₹3-6 LPA

**Location**: Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive **STEM training sessions** to students from colleges, and professional institutions.
- Develop and customize **STEM-based lesson plans, projects, and activities**.
- Conduct **hands-on experiments and workshops** in robotics, coding, electronics, and other STEM fields.
- Guide students in building **DIY projects** using kits like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and robotics components.
- Stay updated with **emerging technologies in STEM education** and integrate them into training.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize STEM competitions, hackathons, and innovation challenges.
- Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to promote STEM learning.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **1-5 years of experience** in teaching, training, or STEM-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of **robotics, electronics, coding, and STEM kits**.
- Proficiency in programming languages like **Scratch, Python, Arduino, or C**.
- Experience with **3D printing, AI, IoT, or drone technology** is a plus.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in STEM fields.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **designing STEM curriculums** for different age groups.
- Knowledge of **Lego Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, or Tinkercad**.
- Previous experience in **EdTech companies or STEM labs**.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
