**About My Future Kids**:
My Future Kids is an innovative STEM AI Offline Learning Platform that aims to revolutionize education for students in Mumbai. We partner with schools to provide AI STEM Kits to students from 3rd grade and above. These kits are designed to enhance cognitive, AI learning skills, motor skills, and critical thinking abilities. Each kit is tailored to the student's grade level, ensuring continuous improvement and growth. We are looking for passionate, tech-driven, and open-minded teachers to join our team and help us expand our reach to schools while providing training and support to teachers.

As a STEM AI Teacher at My Future Kids, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Teaching STEM AI Skills**:

- Conducting engaging and interactive STEM AI classes for students using our AI STEM Kits.
- Fostering a love for STEM learning among students.

**2. School Outreach**:

- Collaborating with schools in Mumbai to introduce our AI STEM Kits and programs.
- Building strong relationships with school administrators and teachers.

**3. Teacher Training**:

- Providing training and support to teachers within partner schools on using AI STEM Kits effectively.
- Assisting teachers in integrating AI and STEM concepts into their curriculum.

**4. Lab Setup**:

- Setting up and maintaining STEM AI labs in partner schools.
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are in good working condition.

**5. Curriculum Enhancement**:

- Continuously improving and customizing our curriculum to suit the needs of different grade levels.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in STEM and AI education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics).
- Passion for STEM education and working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Teaching experience or training experience is a plus.

**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that may include evenings and weekends to accommodate school schedules.
