**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Executive at REAP, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to creative campaigns. Your role will involve video and photo editing, designing graphics, scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Create captivating shorts and Reels to engage our audience.
- Edit videos and photos to maintain high-quality content standards.
- Design graphics for social media posts that align with our brand identity.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor trends and insights to optimize content strategy.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute ideas for innovative social media initiatives and campaigns.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in social media trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Analytical abilities to track and optimize social media performance.
