We work in Mumbai, Kalwa, Thane, and rural Maharashtra, focusing on foundational learning, STEM education, digital literacy, and community outreach, with a strong emphasis on empowering underprivileged children and girls.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and engage with potential individual donors, philanthropic organizations, and corporate partners.
- Draft compelling proposals, donor communication materials, and impact reports.
- Organize fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate donor records and ensure consistent communication and stewardship.
- Stay informed on fundraising trends and innovate to diversify funding streams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or CSR engagement, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and presentations.
