**Job Description: Face to Face Fundraiser**

**Join Direct Dialogue Initiatives as a Fundraiser and get paid to talk about stray animal issues and inspire people to make a difference.**

**The Role**: The role of a Fundraiser is to raise awareness about our client's animal welfare campaigns to people on the street, in public places, in offices, on the phone, and at their homes. Inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters of our NGO

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of our animal welfare campaigns.
- Make presentations and calls to explain animal welfare campaigns to members of the public in a clear and interesting way.
- Meet set income targets by signing up paid supporters for the client.

**On-the-Job Training**: Training is provided to all new fundraisers on campaigns and techniques for talking to people on the street and convincing them to become supporters.

- Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept, and implement feedback.

**Compensation**:We will not pay you a salary, but we will offer you a partnership. Whatever amount you raise, we will give you up to 50% of the raised amount**.
