Job Title: Admissions Sales Representative, Counselor

As an Admissions Sales officer, you'll be responsible for promoting educational programs, engaging with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process, and ultimately increasing enrollment numbers and also as a Charity Fundraiser, you'll play a vital role in securing funding and resources for the organization through various fundraising initiatives, events, and campaigns, while building and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters, increase awareness of the organization's mission and work.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Recruit students**: Attend college fairs, visit high schools, and organize campus tours
- **Provide information**: Answer questions about the college, courses, and financial aid
- **Coordinate events**: Plan and organize events such as open houses and information sessions
- **Build relationships**: Work with high school counsellors, teachers, and community organizations
- **Fundraising Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans to achieve annual fundraising goals.
- Research and identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and trusts.
- Develop and maintain a donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.

**- Event Planning and Management**:

- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, such as galas, walks, runs, and other special events.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and volunteers.

**- Donor Relations and Stewardship**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, both existing and potential.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors.
- Provide timely and personalized acknowledgements, updates, and impact reports to donors.
- Organize and participate in donor events and meetings.

**- Communication and Outreach**:

- Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness of the organization's mission and work.
- Create and distribute fundraising materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website content.
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
- Manage social media and online fundraising platforms.

**- Volunteer Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support fundraising activities.
- Provide ongoing support and recognition to volunteers.

**- Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyse fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and results.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Non-profit Management) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the admissions process and institutional eligibility criteria
- Experience with social media and online fundraising platforms.
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to speak more than one language
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and event management.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
