**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment**:

- Represent the institution at college fairs, recruitment events, high school visits, and other outreach activities.
- Engage with prospective students, parents, and school counselors to explain programs, scholarships, and the benefits of attending.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential applicants and their families.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one or group counseling to prospective students on admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and career pathways.
- **Application Processing**:

- **Communication and Follow-Up**:

- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments such as Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic Departments to ensure smooth communication and a seamless admissions process.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and updates on recruitment goals.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update records of prospective students in CRM systems.
- **Student Retention**:

- Support accepted students in making their decision to attend, providing information about orientation, housing, and registration.
- Help students understand the transition from high school to college and answer any concerns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
