Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Thane. Responsibilities include conducting campus tours, addressing questions, maintaining relationships with prospective families, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience. The Admissions Counselor will also contribute to enrollment goals through effective communication and service practices. Qualifications - Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Competency in Customer Service and relationship management to deliver exceptional experiences to prospective families. - Experience in Sales, particularly in meeting enrollment targets and effectively promoting the school's offerings. - Familiarity or background in Education to better understand and communicate the school's curriculum and learning environment. - Proficiency in organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
