- Role and Responsibility: _
- _Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints._
- _Looking after the returns received from customers._
- _Look after the replaced orders._
- _Responding promptly to customer inquiries._
- _Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support._
- _Communicating with customers regarding replaced/returned orders and obtain details of complaints._
- _Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests._
- _Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken._
- **Salary - **_Negotiable (as per Last CTC)_
- **Experience**_- Fresher & Experience both can Apply._**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
