**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor real-time CCTV footage with precision and vigilance.
- Identify, assess, and report unusual activities or security incidents accurately and promptly.
- Document observations and maintain detailed daily incident logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.
- Maintain shift handover reports and adhere to established monitoring protocols.
- Minimum educational qualification**:12th Pass** (Graduation preferred)
- 0-2 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or related fields (Freshers are welcome)
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and typing
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent focus
- Professional attitude with a sense of responsibility and urgency
