Office Assistant

Oversee general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, office supply management, and correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, service providers, and visitors.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Organize and support internal meetings, training sessions, and team events.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance departments on administrative support functions.
- Maintain documentation, records, and databases for office-related tasks.
- Assist with travel bookings, reimbursements, and other employee logístical needs.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with relevant admin tasks.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
