**About the Role**
We are seeking a dependable and motivated **Office Assistant** to manage administrative support and external assignments. The role demands high mobility, with around **80% travel** for real estate and registration office-related tasks, along with day-to-day office assistance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle routine office administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
- Manage external responsibilities such as real estate and registration office work.
- Travel extensively (around 80% of work) for errands, follow-ups, and official assignments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office operations and field activities.
- Support management and staff with required administrative assistance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in office assistance/administrative support.
- Proficiency in **Tamil, Kannada, and English** (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to travel extensively.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
