**Job Title**: Administrative & IT Support Assistant
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and organized **Administrative & IT Support Assistant** with at least 1 year of experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office tasks such as managing supplies, coordinating office repairs, and maintaining general office cleanliness.
- Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring proper filing systems are in place (both physical and digital).
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation as needed.
- Assist in preparing and distributing company-wide communications.
- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and team activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage logistics for office events and supplies.
IT Support:
- Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues (e.g., printers, computers, internet).
- Assist with setting up workstations, installing software, and maintaining IT equipment inventory
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of office IT systems, including networks, Wi-Fi, and peripheral devices.
- Perform regular checks on office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, phones) to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- **IT Documentation & Reporting**:
- Keep detailed records of IT assets, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
**Skills Required**:
- **Administrative Skills**: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware (computers, printers, etc.), and software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities, effectively balancing administrative and technical duties.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with teams and vendors.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role with some IT support responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with basic IT troubleshooting (e.g., software installation, printer setup) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Basic understanding of networking, office equipment, and software.
- Experience in providing IT support in a corporate or office environment.
- Knowledge of cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, etc.) is an advantage.
