Key Responsibilities
- **Office Operations**: Oversee general office functions, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, preparing necessary materials and ensuring timely execution.
- **Document Management**: Create, format, and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports; establish and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- **Travel & Event Planning**: Coordinate travel arrangements and assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets; generate, maintain, and update reports, charts, and graphs.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to various departments, assisting with tasks such as document preparation, information distribution, and data collection.
- **Technical Support**: Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- **System Setup & Maintenance**: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- **User Account Management**: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems and networks.
- Assist HR team in interviews.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
