**Level**: Junior Management

**Reporting to (Title)**:Business Analyst CEO’s Office

**Position Purpose**:
The incumbent would be responsible for supporting CEO’s office in effective planning & coordination of business operations. He/she would also be responsible to liaise with different businesses and function.

**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Provide regular industry and competitor analysis, briefs and updates
- Identify key issues and opportunities over medium and long term horizon
- Creating business reports incorporating data from various business divisions to enable prudent decision making

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Liaise/co-ordinate with businesses and functions to help monitor the implementation of operational objectives of various projects
- Provide reports on progress of business initiatives and flag issues & areas of concern
- Prepare presentations for key meetings with internal &/or external stakeholders
- Process the outcomes of business meetings & follow-up on actions items

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Maintain effective working relationship with senior leadership
- Attend trainings on training needs identified or imparted by HR to enhance performance

**Education Qualification**:
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Process Engineer)

**Work Experience**:
Up to 4 yrs. of experience preferably with 1-2 years in corporate function

**Industry to be Hired from**:
Manufacturing Industry / Chemical industry (preferred)

- Adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to network and maintain a good working relationships
- Discretion and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), analytical software
