- To ensure timely booking of the maintenance kits for on time delivery of the same at sites according to the maintenance schedule.
- Time to time reviewing the PM Kits for the complete fleet of Equipment across HZL contract.
- Forecasting of the major component replacement schedule based on the utilization of the machines.
- Guiding the site planners on BPCS related activities on daily basis and keeping track in case of any deviations.
- Commissioning of New Machines in the system and related activities.
- Reporting the PM Compliance on monthly basis, Major component replacement compliance on quarterly basis, monthly consumption reports and daily breakdown dashboards with additional support requirement.
- To continuously review the Contract performance to ensure that customer needs and wants are being met through services delivered and are aligned to those requirements.
- Asset Optimization at sites is to be driven at a high level in active collaboration with Customer. You will identify ‘waste’ practices that we are currently engaged in and look at bringing in efficiency improvements to replace them.
- Maximize customer availability, reliability and profitability with the products offered.
- Be close to our customers and their business needs.
- Business data is to become business intelligence: What, Where, When, Who + How
- Ability to deliver consistent accurate data for compilation of equipment cost models and planning tools.
- To be capable of responding to business needs as required.
- Accumulate accurate data accessible by all as reference material using BPCS

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience & hands on experience with MS office
- SAP, BPCS, Scimilar user experienced
- Certified in Workplace training & assessing, Applied failure analysis
- Exposure in planning shutdowns and larger projects with increased resources being introduced.
- Ability to resource plans, objectives, resources for final maintenance outcomes
- Understanding of a parts inventory system, Min, Max guidelines, COG’s management
- Knowledge of Contract Management.

**Key competencies required for this role**:

- Good communication skills oral & written
- Sound report writing skills
- Financial acumen and understanding of cost implications and costing models.
- Ability to create equipment backlog regimes, update and monitor
- Understanding equipment reliability and availability requirements and implications
- Solid ability to plan safely for a crew of Service Technicians to complete designated tasks.
- Ability to work thru others to achieve goals and objectives
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to perform Pareto analysis
