Position General Manager - Hotel Restaurant Bar Location Balicha Udaipur Reporting to Director Experience Required Minimum 7-10 years in hospitality management with strong exposure to wedding bookings and premium guest services in regions like Rajasthan Ahmedabad and Udaipur Key Responsibilities 1 Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the hotel restaurant and bar with a focus on service excellence and profitability Implement SOPs across departments - front office F B housekeeping and banquets Maintain high guest satisfaction standards manage feedback and resolve escalations 2 Business Development Wedding Bookings Drive room event and banquet sales with a special focus on wedding and group bookings Develop relationships with wedding planners travel agents and event organizers in Rajasthan Ahmedabad and Udaipur Tailor packages and offerings for destination weddings pre-wedding shoots and corporate events 3 Regional Market Expertise Leverage strong network and cultural understanding of Rajasthan Ahmedabad and Udaipur hospitality trends Innovate offerings based on local preferences cuisine decor and experiences Drive seasonal marketing campaigns to attract domestic and international tourists 4 Financial Oversight Manage budgets cost control and profitability across hotel operations Monitor P L implement revenue enhancement strategies and optimize staffing and inventory 5 Team Leadership Lead and mentor department heads and ensure cross-departmental coordination Maintain a positive work culture ensure proper training and conduct regular performance reviews 6 Compliance Brand Standards Ensure compliance with all health safety and legal regulations Maintain brand consistency in guest experience service and ambiance Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Hospitality Hotel Management 7-10 years of proven experience in hotel operations including managing restaurants and bars Strong portfolio of wedding event bookings and banquet management Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills Knowledge of local culture languages and preferences in Rajasthan Ahmedabad and Udaipur Hands-on with hospitality CRM POS and management software Salary To Be Discussed Based on Experience Joining Immediate Would you like this JD formatted as a PDF or in a Word file for circulation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Experience 15years 7 years Required Language Gujarati Preferred Work Location In person
